Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $209,700, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
