Quick question about Janesville

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,037 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The dating scene is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Active local events and festivals
- The job market scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Homeless population growing downtown
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. No regrets on my end..

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Vietnamese places. I genuinely enjoy living here.
