Hey, You can expect to pay around $722 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Lakewood side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
