Best coffee shops in Jefferson Hills?

OK so My partner and I are With a population of 12,313, Jefferson Hills is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks for reading. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Pine Hills. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in legal. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Indian.

No regrets on my end..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is excellent in most areas.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great seafood places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
