Jefferson Hills housing prices -when will it stop?

Alright, I'm a 40-year-old chef and Median household income is $117,518, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $309,600, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $117,518 in Jefferson Hills. Rent is about $1,276/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 12,313 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Low taxes
- Strong sense of community
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Far from major airports
- Homelessness issues downtown
- Not enough green space
Am I overthinking this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
