What's it really like living in Jeffersontown?

Curious what people think. I'm originally from San Francisco and The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Jeffersontown sits at 110.7 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Minneapolis it's underrated.
