What I wish I knew before living in Jeffersonville

Anyone else feel this way? You can expect to pay around $1,090 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation?

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The food scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
