Best apartments in Jenks under ?

Alright, I'm originally from Austin and Homes are going for about $285,600 on average. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Jenks sits at 111.3 per 100K. With a population of 26,519, Jenks is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Lots of new development
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Not very walkable
- Boring for young people

There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
