Hi all, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $285,600 on average. Household incomes average around $104,970 in Jenks. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
