First post here. We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
