Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Pittsburgh and Crime rate is something to consider -Jensen Beach sits at 395.1 per 100K. Poverty rate is 11.3%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
