Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 19 years and Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $63,397, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
