Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 2 years and Median household income is $180,072, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $3,098/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
