Best neighborhoods to rent in Jerome?

It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Moved here from Pittsburgh about 3 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to cost of living but Happy to answer more specific questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 11 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
