Housing market in Jessup right now

So, We're a young couple and Rent is about $2,056/month for a decent place. With a population of 9,147, Jessup is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Jessup? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The public transit is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The cultural scene is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
