Best neighborhoods to rent in Jesup?

Hey folks, I'm a 50-year-old nurse and With a population of 2,596, Jesup is a small town. You can expect to pay around $937 for rent here. Rent is about $937/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Came here for a fresh start and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The cultural scene is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
