Hi all, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a chef who relocated here from Phoenix about 1 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Four distinct seasons
- Lots of family-friendly activities
Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are pricey, gas is underrated.
Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Feel free to reach out with questions..
