First post here. I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $597/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $107,800, which is actually reasonable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
