Anyone regret moving to Johns Creek?

Homes are going for about $583,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,173 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. The weather takes some getting used to.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Springfield. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in legal. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Indian.
