Hello, Been living here since 2022. Homes are going for about $583,700 on average. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.
I've been here 13 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is pretty good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
