Alright, Been living here since 2006. Homes are going for about $583,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
