Moving to Johnson Creek with kids -good idea?

OK so I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $94,552 in Johnson Creek. The median home value here is around $289,000, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,161 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The safety is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
