Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,288 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Johnston sits at 127.7 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? Appreciate any input.
