Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
