Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 42--F, so bundle up in winter. The median home value here is around $147,000, which is actually reasonable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
