Quick question about Jones Creek

Hey, The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Phoenix about 12 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Lots of new development happening
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are pricey, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Happy to answer more specific questions..
