Military spouse here. Median household income is $50,060, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 31.3%, which is higher than I expected. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
