Jonestown quality of life -am I missing something?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 12 years and Household incomes average around $90,375 in Jonestown. Median household income is $90,375, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Oak Park area are excellent. Kids love it here.
