Commute times in Joplin -how bad?

I'm originally from Charlotte and With a population of 52,218, Joplin is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cost of living is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
