Best neighborhoods to rent in Joppatowne?

Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -Joppatowne sits at 468.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $315,000 on average. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I work in retail here and it was the best decision I ever made. The job market for my field is average. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
