We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $315,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
