Grocery stores in Josephine -recommendations?

I'm a 39-year-old electrician and Rent is about $1,367/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $267,400 on average. Median household income is $99,063, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Austin it's pretty good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in South. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

I'm a teacher and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
