Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Juncos zona urbana sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $108,600, which is actually reasonable. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
