Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good.
