What's it really like living in June Park?

Hey folks, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $351,400 on average. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Friendly people
- Nice parks and trails
- Walkable downtown
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Not very walkable
- Poor road conditions

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
