First time home buyer in Jupiter

You can expect to pay around $2,176 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- The weather scene is average

The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
