Is Jupiter getting better or worse?

Hello, I work in marketing and Homes are going for about $555,500 on average. Rent is about $2,176/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $555,500, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Jupiter sits at 176.4 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails
- Low crime in most areas
- Lots of new development
- Walkable downtown
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Sprawl everywhere
- Not very walkable
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Not enough green space

**Employment:**
government is strong here. education is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are established for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I have mixed feelings honestly. The outdoor scene is decent - we have lakes within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Greenfield schools are challenging. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited public transit options. Limited high-paying job options. And walkability can be frustrating.
