Moving to Jupiter for work -advice?

OK so I'm a remote worker and It's a a smaller city city with about 61,097 people. Median household income is $109,109, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Riverside area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a HR manager, 43, moved here 6 years ago from Miami. I've lived in Oak Park and Uptown, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Good schools in most areas
2. Low crime in most neighborhoods
3. Lots of new development happening
4. The people are generally better than expected - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Nightlife is limited
2. Limited shopping options
3. The dating scene situation is pricey and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Oak Park: Great for families. better than expected vibes, walkable.
- Uptown: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Miami, everything felt hit or miss. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are stable. Gas is competitive. You can live comfortably on $40K-$80K here.

**Final verdict:**
No regrets on my end.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
