Raising a family in Jupiter -thoughts?

I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $555,500 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,176 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The nightlife is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Uptown side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
