OK so I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Jurupa Valley sits at 287.9 per 100K. The median home value here is around $538,700, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $538,700 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
