Best companies to work for in Jurupa Valley?

So, I work in media and It's a a mid-size city city with about 106K people. Median household income is $96,190, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $538,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,690 for rent here. The median home value here is around $538,700, which is pretty steep. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Jurupa Valley? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Westside. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in construction. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
