I'm originally from Las Vegas and It's a a mid-size city city with about 106K people. Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $96,190, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
