Is Jurupa Valley walkable?

Hey everyone, I've been here for 14 years and The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $1,690 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in South area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
