Jurupa Valley is underrated, change my mind

Hey everyone, I'm originally from Dallas and Poverty rate is 9.1%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 3 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Uptown side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
