Best neighborhoods to rent in Justice?
Hey, Been living here since 2015. Homes are going for about $214,900 on average. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $93,580 in Justice. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Close to nature
- Good healthcare facilities
Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Sprawl everywhere
- Not very walkable
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Homelessness issues downtown
Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
