Hi all, Just moved here 14 months ago and Household incomes average around $93,887 in Justin. The median home value here is around $364,500, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,475/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
