Curious what people think. Been living here since 2018. Household incomes average around $47,692 in Kaibito. Poverty rate is 20.5%, which is higher than I expected. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
