First post here. Homes are going for about $761,300 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The walkability is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Baltimore it's surprisingly good.
