Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 8,136, Kalifornsky is a small town. Rent is about $1,371/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
