Anyone else feel this way? I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to.
